Types of Refund Requests
1. Order Refund
- If your order was not completed or was rejected for any reason, you're eligible for a full refund.
- If you're not satisfied with the result, you're welcome to request a review or refund.
- Note: For services that are marked “no refund” (e.g. wrong code submitted or unsupported carrier), we cannot issue refunds once the order is marked complete.
2. Account Balance Refund
- If you decide to stop using our services entirely, you may request a refund of your full remaining account balance.
- Partial refunds are not allowed. We can only refund your total remaining balance in full.
- Once your account is closed and the refund processed, no funds will remain or be accessible later.
- We're a service provider, not a banking institution.
Refund processing time: Most requests are completed within (3 to 7 working days only).
