User Agreement

1. Definitions

• "Customer" – the end user of the services.
• "Seller" – domain.com, the service provider.
• "Parties" – the Customer and the Seller together.
• "Third Party Service Provider(s)" – external suppliers providing the actual service.
• "Service(s)" – services offered to the Customer via third parties.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• By using the services, the Customer agrees to this electronic agreement.
• All notices will be delivered electronically unless otherwise required by law.
• If the Customer withdraws consent to receive notices electronically, the Seller may terminate the account if no alternative method is available.

3. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall first be addressed through mediation under the jurisdiction chosen by the Seller. The English version of this Agreement will prevail in the event of conflict with any translation.

4. Third Party Services

• All services are provided through Third Party Service Providers.
• The Customer is also bound by the terms and conditions of such providers.
• The Seller is not responsible for accuracy, availability, or functionality of third-party systems.

5. Privacy

The Seller respects Customer privacy and will only use information lawfully and securely, in line with applicable data protection regulations.

6. Refunds & Claims

• If a Third Party Service Provider cannot complete the transaction, the order will be marked "Not Found" and automatically refunded.
• If a service is delivered but not accepted by the Customer’s device, the Customer must notify the Seller within 7 days and provide continuous video proof showing:
  • IMEI number displayed
  • Service entry attempt
  • Error message received
• Refunds will not be issued if:
  • The IMEI submitted was incorrect
  • No video proof is provided
  • Notification is made after 7 days
  • The device is hard-locked or defective
  • The service was purchased elsewhere before our result was returned
  • The device accepted the service but is incompatible with the desired network

7. Updates to Agreement

The Seller reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of services means acceptance of the updated terms.
